The Canon HV30 obviously features the Canon High Definition Video Lens, Full HD CMOS sensor and DIGIC DV II processor (you can see the full feature list on the features page. Image quality is simply stunning and build quality is solid and well designed. It looks slick and smooth, and has a number of advancements on the HV20. The LCD has improved, now resisting solarizing and the battery pack now also support the long lasting BP-2L24H. 25fps frame rate means motion is not choppy and stuttering.
